Prices, shipping and returns

Price & shipping
All prices on Yoganic include VAT. Shipping within The Netherlands we charge €6,95. International shipping is €9,99.

Free shipping above 75 euro only includes orders within The Netherlands.

The delivery normally will be 1 to 4 days for the products we have in stock. Often we can even send the same day if you order before 15:00. To be sure just send us an email.

The order confirmation will be sent automatically by our system when we send the order, later in the day followed by a track and trace code.

*Please note! Same day or the next day shipping is only possible if the products are in stock. We try as much as possible to show our stock in the webshop, but unfortunately this does not always work. Usually we can deliver products that are out of stock a few days later. For products from Asia it takes a bit longer. In case of delay we will inform you as soon as possible (by telephone or e-mail). Optionally, you can also cancel the order and we will refund your money.

For orders subject to a trial period of 14 days from the time the order is in your possession. Within this period you can evaluate the product. Please check immediately after receipt whether it is undamaged and delivered completely. If this is not the case, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible and to report it.
Send your return properly packed back to us so it won’t be damaged. Please add our return form in the box.

You have a cooling off period of 14 days to return the product without reason commencing on the date of receipt of the product. The product can only be unused and, if possible, returned in original packaging. For returning the order the return costs are at your expense.
We will credit the amount within 14 days.

We will reimburse all payments you have made, including any shipping costs that we have charged for the order. We use the same payment method you used when ordering, unless you agree with another method. The reimbursement is free.

Right of withdrawal

We will return the purchase price within 14 days.

Yoganic will reimburse all consumer payments, including any delivery costs charged byus for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days after the day on which the consumer reports the revocation. Unless Yoganic offers to pick up the product itself, Yoganic invokes the right to defer repayment until the product is received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever comes first. Patipada uses the same means of payment used by the customer for reimbursement unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The repayment is free of charge for consumers.

If you have a complaint about Yoganic and our service, we kindly ask you to submit your complaint by mail. Our staff will take care of the complaint and try to settle the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction. You can mail your complaint to or contact us via the contact form . Contact details can be found on the contact page. We will deal with the complaint within five working days of receipt. Article 15 of the Arbitration Board gives more information about this. Click here to find it. If it will take longer to investigate the complaint, you will be informed. If you do not appreciate this, you can contact the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, where Yoganic is affiliated with. Should the mediation for any reason not lead to a satisfactory solution, then there is the opportunity to bring the dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).

Payment options

Below are the payment options offered by Yoganic.

You can pay with iDEAL. If you choose this method of payment, you pay the amount requested online through your own bank. The amount is directly debited from your account. Yoganic will receive a confirmation that the order is paid for.

You can use iDEAL if you use online banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank and Triodos Bank.

Bank transfer
You can transfer your payment directly to our bank account.

Payment via PayPal; You can pay by credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.

Payment on delivery
With Yoganic you can pay on delivery. You then pay the purchase price to the deliverer and you will receive the package after payment. The condition is that you pay in cash and it is the exact amount.

With the collection of data, Yoganic honors the Data Protection Act. The data you provided to Yoganic only will be used to process your order and to notify you. The data is secured by Yoganic and we make every effort to prevent data theft. Your data will in no way be disclosed to third parties. Employees only have access to the data after authorization.
